If you’re looking for breakdancing clothes, good luck. There’s no clothing company that exclusively makes breakdancing clothes. Apparently the dance craze isn’t big enough for anyone to pay attention to it. We designed some breakdancing clothes; or should we say breakdancing t-shirts. As far as breakdancing clothes, it’s pretty far fetched to think that someone will actually come out with a full scale breakdancing clothing collection with shirts, shoes, jeans, and the whole nine yards. If someone does, it will be a short-lived fad and will fade very quickly. Think about it. It would also probably be very corny.
While there really shouldn’t be a “breakdancing clothing” company, there should be an expressive form of clothing that allows breakers to represent themselves. That was our priority in designing our first breakdancing t-shirts. We took the Apple iPOD generic concept of action and “I” and came up with our copyrighted logo and slogan “iBREAK.” Every since we released the first generation shirts, breakers worldwide have been demanding these shirts with a passion. I guess you could say we found a market that was under served. The sad thing about it is that there’s millions of breakers worldwide and they deserve something that represents them and their style; especially since break dancing has been on the scene for over 30 years.
We hope our “breakdancing clothes” suits your style and flavor of color, we haven’t had any complaints so far, and we’ve even heard that it’s improved some peoples moves. Maybe it’ll do the same for you. LOL!

The windmill breakdancing move is a beginner’s power move. It doesn’t require a whole lot of skill. A windmill breakdancing move consists of a turtle and rotations of your legs. While doing a turtle, your moving your hands from under you chest, while your body is parallel to the ground. Then you move to your shoulder, to the back of your head, and on to your other shoulder.
Essentially you’re doing a spin and your legs are kicking during the rotation, just like a real windmill. Be sure your legs are out in the shape of a V and make sure your legs are straight. If your legs are bent, you will look really sloppy and get seriously made fun of.

Breakdancing moves as we know them today started in the streets of Brooklyn and The Bronx, NY in the late 70’s. This is a hotly contested debate though. The claim to breakdancing’s beginnings are scattered around the globe. The original inception to breakin’ started over 500 years ago in Brazil through a dance called the Frevo. Frevo was a dance and martial arts mix. The Brazilians believe it to be formed by their ancestors, but it was in fact formed by African slaves transported to Brazil by the Portuguese. The Brazilian form of breakin’ was eventually transformed into the popular martial arts, boxing, and dancing hit called Capoeira.
Til this day, breakdancing moves continue to be a growing hit in the hip hop and dance culture of America and the rest of the world. Some of the most influential dance shows of today such as: “So you think you can dance,” and MTV’s “America’s best dance crew” feature break dancers that virtually steal the show. Just about two-thirds of the dancers have break dancing in their routines.
Breakdancing moves will continue to evolve as the trends of music change. After all, break dancing was inspired by hip hop music. Below is a compilation of breakdancing clips and breakdancing lessons with emphasis on instruction.

Before we designed this shirt, we were aiming for a cartoon dj image. The end result was more of a black and white rastor image. But we’d still like to think there’s some what of a cartoon dj in the design. After this shirt was designed and printed, we had people who weren’t even djs that were buying this shirt. So I guess that means this shirt is pretty fly. What do you think? There’s something about the scratches and mixes dj’s pump out that get people so hyped. This shirt helps solidify the skill. Are you a dj? This shirt is a must have.
